£39.99 per yard buys 12 months of hosted access from activation. Invited team members are included. There is no automatic renewal. The monthly equivalent is about £3.33, but the annual payment is made once.
Try your own yard first
A one-calendar-month trial is available once per verified email. It does not require a card and does not automatically charge you. Use real yard tasks with a small team to check whether the workflow suits your daily routine.
What annual access brings together
Shared horse-care records, tasks, handovers, supplies, arena bookings, exercise and competition records, breeding planning, and owner/admin-only finance are part of the workspace. Weather, news and provider links support the recorded yard plan.
Track My Hack adds foreground GPS estimates and manual training markers. External pedigree subscriptions, saddle sensors, native background recording and automatic supplier purchases are not included.
Owner-only finance
The owner can record costs and income, maintain invoices, review outstanding balances and download account records. Managers and staff do not receive owner-only finance access. Payments entered into the yard accounts are recorded manually; the app is not a statutory accounts or tax-return service.
The £29 printable bundle is a different product
The optional Pocket Planner printable download costs £29. It does not activate the hosted Pocket Yard app. Buying both separately totals £68.99. Choose the hosted workspace, the printable download or both according to what you need.

When access expires
Saved records remain readable while the service is available. Owners and managers can export their permitted records without renewing. Renew access to add or edit records. Keep regular private backups and test your recovery arrangements.
Measure value rather than assume savings
Compare the same admin activities over comparable working days before and after using the app. Track time spent chasing tasks, resolving supply requests and organising bookings. The feedback form accepts optional before/after estimates and labels them as self-reported.
Subscription price differences alone do not prove equivalent features or money saved in a particular yard. Review functionality, reliability and your own usage before deciding.
