Before you get started
Does each team member need to pay?
No. Yard access covers your invited team for 12 months. Each team member creates their own Pocket Yard login and joins your yard using an invitation.
Can we book one-hour arena slots?
Yes. The shared calendar supports one-hour arena bookings and important team events. Conflicting arena bookings are blocked.
Does Pocket Yard work offline?
No. An internet connection is required. Saved updates refresh approximately every 15 seconds while the app is open; it does not send push notifications.
Do rider results appear automatically?
No. Riders or team members enter competition results in Pocket Yard. Links to external results services are also provided, with any third-party subscriptions arranged separately.
What happens after 12 months?
Access does not automatically renew. Owners and managers can download all saved planner sections, handovers and activity as a complete backup or a readable offline file without renewing, while the service is available. Renew with a new purchase key to continue editing.
